Founder

Dan Pfister is the founder of Winback Labs Inc. He's been a marketer for over two decades and has spent thousands of hours testing and implementing a wide variety of sales and marketing strategies. In total, he's generated over 50,000 customers and has worked with brands like Fidelity Investments and Forrester.

In 2016, Dan launched his first winback campaign. It produced an amazing 57X ROI, right out of the gate. Nothing in his 20 years of marketing had created that much revenue that fast at such a low cost.

Based on the success and predictability of winback, Dan founded Winback Labs to help businesses win back lost their own customers.

While the primary focus is generating revenue, his winback process also serves strategic objectives, including boosting profits, expanding market share, and minimizing churn.
